**Order cancellation**

From the moment your order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order. If the 24 hours have passed and the processing process is started, you may not be entitled to a refund. When placing an order, you agreed to all of our terms and conditions which means that you have to follow them. **Defective Products:**

30-Day Complaint Right: After receiving your personalized jewelry piece from Eternal Rose, you have up to 30 days to report any production defects. We encourage you to inspect your product carefully upon receipt and to contact us immediately if you identify any defects.

To initiate a refund request for a defective product, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide clear images and a description of the defect. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Should a production error confirmed by us be present, we will reproduce your jewelry piece once at no cost. Our goal is to deliver a flawless product that meets your expectations and completely satisfies you.

As a sign of our commitment to your satisfaction, you may keep the original jewelry piece as compensation, at no additional cost.

Should the reproduced jewelry piece also exhibit a production error, we guarantee you a full refund of the purchase price. We consider the possibility of a single reproduction as a fair chance to rectify any issues.

Please note that if you file a refund request with PayPal or a dispute charge with your bank before contacting us via email, we will automatically deny your request whether your order meets other criteria or not.

**How to Return a Product:**

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions. Please note that there is a 5% restocking fee associated with all returns. Once that is paid. Please also note that it is up to you to absorb any cost associated with the return process.

**Custom Made Items:**

Please note that custom-made items are crafted with special care and attention to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, these items take more time to manufacture and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

**Late Deliveries and Factors Beyond Our Control:**

We strive to provide accurate and timely shipping. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, incorrect customer addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we do not issue refunds. In the event that the local carrier was unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, absent customer or failure to agree to the delivery and would send us back your order, it is up to the customer to absorb the costs associated with the reshipment of the order and we may not issue refunds

**Customer Dissatisfaction:**

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds. We stand by the quality of our products and provide detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed purchase which is why we cannot issue a refund simply because you are not "happy with your purchase".
